West Coast-style double IPA dry-hopped with Citra, Centennial and
Amarillo. With Dead Rabbit, we aimed for a "simple" beer where
everything is about juicy, citrusy American hops; nothing less, nothing
more. So we've chosen our favourite ones (Citra, Centannial, Amarillo
and Warrior) and amped up the hop bill until we couldn't add more. The
result bursts with flavors of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango, papaya)
and pine-y bitterness, built upon a sweet and biscuit-y malt base.
Ideal breakfast for all the hopheads out there.
