In Borefts Fest. 2017. it happened to be neighbouring with Ægir Bryggeri, who -we figured out very soon- thinks on brewing in a very mutual way, as we do. We decided so, to make a collaboration, which was realised last February in the picturesque Flam, surrounded with by breathtaking Fjords. Our aim was to create a very strong and unique beer with some local elements. The brewing ended up as a 12% Wheat Wine with some vanilla and Norwegian black currant and aged for a few months in a Breckenridge Distilery pre-used Bourbon barrels. The beer became so huge, as it sounds. Sour -dry wine features with vanilla and Bourbon aromas.
